Dashmularishta helps overcome general weakness and fatigue in women, improves appetite, relieves abdominal pain and provides stamina and glow. Dashmularishta is composed of ingredients such as Dashmula Bilva (Aegle marmelos), Shayonaka (Oroxylum indicum), Gambhari (Gmelina arborea), Patala (Stereospermum suaveolens), Agnimantha (Premna integrifolia), Shalaprani (Desmodium gangeticum), Prishniparni (Uraria picta), Brihati (Solanum indicum), Kantakari (Solanum surattense), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Pushkara (Inula racemosa), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Yashti (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), Pippali (Piper longum), Puga (Areca catechu), Haridra (Curcuma longa), Draksha (Vitis vinifera), Shveta Chandana (Santalum album), Lavanga (Syzygium aromaticum), Nagakesara (Mesua ferrea), Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa), Tvak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Sukshmaila (Elettaria cardamomum), Tvakpatra (Cinnamomum tamala), Pippali (Piper longum) and Madhu.

It contains Ashok Chaal (Saraca indica), Dhataki Pushp (Woodfordia fruticosa), Nishoth (Ipomoea turpethum), Kalaunji (Nigella sativa) , Ajwain (Tachyspermum ammi), Shunthi (Zingiber officinale), Amla (Emblica officinalis), Bahera (Terminalia belerica), Hareetaki (Terminalia chebula), Mustak (Cyprus rotundus), Safed Jeera (Cuminum cyminum), Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica), Pippali (Piper longum), Ghrit Kumari (Aloe vera), Daruharidra (Bereberis aristata), Chandan Red (Pterocarpus santalinus), Amrasthi (Mangifera indica), Hing (Ferula asafoetida) and Madhu (Honey).
Lovasava & Ablari is recommended for many menstrual disorders. Ablari contains Indian drugs of repute such as Ashoka and Valerian which are noted for their relaxing action on the uterus. It exerts a stimulating effect on the endometrium and the ovary, and is indicated in menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, post-partum haemorrhage, dysmenorrhoea and primary amenorrhoea. It is recommended in PCOD and associated weakness due to heavy bleeding.
Lohasava 4 TSP with 4TSF of water, taken twice a day, improves haemoglobin levels.
A formulation composed of Shodhita Loha (Purified, herbal processed Iron), ginger, black pepper, long pepper, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellierica), Amla (Emblica officinalis), Yavani (Trachyspermum ammi), Vidanga (Embelia ribes), Mustaka (Cyperus rotundus), Eranda (Ricinus communis), Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa) honey and jaggery – is useful in dealing with irregular and heavy menstruation. It helps rebuild lost haemoglobin. Dashamula, that is known to be vata shamak, helps reduce abdominal pain. Ashok Chaal, also called Shree Mitra, along with Dhataki Pushp, Ghrit Kumari, Hareetaki and Daruharidra is very effective during heavy menses.
Supari Pak, composed of Pooga, Dugdh, Ghrit, Sharkara, Mustaka, Nnagakesher, Chandan, Shunthi, Maricha, Pippali and Jatipatra, helps treat general weakness in women.
