a. Drink a lot water
b. Do not drink water immediately before and after taking food
c. Consuming fiber rich food
d. Eat with moderate speed (Do not eat fast)
e. Consuming atleast a few raw vegetables and fruits on a daily basis
f. Avoid wearing tight belts
g. Wear loose garments
h. Papaya contains an enzyme called papain which dissolves the proteins. You can take this after having food. It increases digestion.
i. Mix a tablespoon of baking soda in half cup of water and consume it
